Terms and Conditions for Mobile Gymnastics Classes

1. Program Overview

Tumble Tots partners with schools to offer mobile gymnastics classes as part of their after-school programs. These classes are designed to promote physical fitness, coordination, and confidence in children.

2. Enrollment & Participation
a. Participation in the gymnastics program requires prior registration through the school or directly with the Provider.
b. Parents/guardians must complete and submit a registration form, including emergency contact details and medical information.
c. Classes are open to students within the specified age range designated by the Provider and the school.
d. Enrollment is subject to available space and is granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Fees & Payment
a. Tuition fees are determined per session and must be paid in full before the start of the program.
b. Payments can be made via [accepted payment methods, e.g., credit card, PayPal, check].
c. Refunds are only issued if the program is canceled by the Provider or in cases of documented medical emergencies.
d. A late fee may be applied for payments received after the due date.

e. Missed classes due to student absence are non-refundable, but make-up classes may be offered at the Provider’s discretion.
